Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed and shipped from our Muizenberg studio in Cape Town. 


Delivery takes 2 to 6 days, if orders are placed on a Friday dispatch will happen the following Monday. We use a local Courier service Fastway that delivers to your door at a delivery fee of R85. 


Please allow two to four weeks delivery time from South Africa. You will be provided with a tracking number and URL to track your order. All orders are sent via DHL or FEDEX.  We do not except returns on International orders and all duties and taxes are at the expense of the buyer. 


Returns can only be accepted if the garment has not been worn and is returned in it’s original state.

Online Purchases:  Exchanges and Refunds handled at customers expense - courier fees to be paid by customer or customer to return or exchange in store.
All returns or exchanges only acceptable within 14 days of purchase. Please email us to schedule a return and we will send you details. Refunds payments for online orders will be made via the online payment provider and cannot be issued in store.  

In-store Purchases:  Refunds within 7 days after purchase with receipt. Exchanges within 14days after purchase.

External Markets: We do not offer returns on any items bought at external markets. Returns on items create a huge loss to our business and we are unable to offer this option. We do want to assist you as much as possible and we will gladly exchange your garment for you at our store or through our website. 

Last deliveries for 2023: Online orders received after the 21st Decemebr will only be delivered after christmas on the 28&29th. Orders placed from then on will be delivered after the 4th January.
